[AusNOG] Symbio\MyNetFone packet loss through PIPE?

Hi All, just wondering if anyone from Symbio\MyNetFone is on list who could
shed some light on a long term packet loss issue that looks like it's coming
through PIPE? Or anyone from PIPE that could have a look internally.
