[AusNOG] O3b Outages in the Pacific 2016-02-10 09:20 UTC

Hi Folks,

I saw a number of Pacific networks disappear around 30 minutes ago. At the
moment, the following O3b circuits are down:

   - ASTCA American Samoa
   - Bluesky Rarotonga
   - TSKL Kiribati
   - Digicel Samoa
   - Bemobile Solomon Islands
   - Telikom Solomon Islands

Above all terminate in Hawaii.

Other O3b circuits terminating in Australia look ok.
