Ripe Atlas <https://atlas.ripe.net/> is a great tool and the value of the
network comes from the great many networks who host the probes.

If anyone isn't hosting one in their ASN and would like to - drop me a note
as I have a few new ones looking for a home and can drop one in the mail to
you.
