Arguably not as bad, but I've seen this below 166ms in the past.

 

I've contacted both RamNode and Hurricane Electric and both say it's not on
their end.

There are a few more, if someone can help please contact me off-list. Or if
not, is there a specific address @ Telstra for these kinds of issues?
