[AusNOG] Lessons Learned From SA Blackout

I think we all know that an actual disaster is the only time you'll ever
get to do an actual disaster recovery test.
Taking this into consideration, Adelaide was clearly an opportunity missed
for those who didn't schedule a disaster recovery test.
