[AusNOG] Pocket Ethernet Tester

I have one, I don't use it to often. But it's TDR / pair testing functions have certainly come in handy when I needed it.

Tone generation is on the quiet side compared to a dedicated tone generator.

Really looking forward to the cdp / lldp functions being added.

Would love to see a bulk reporting / audit function within the app.
