[AusNOG] Updated my "ipv6" survey to include AusNOG 2016 participant organisations

As threatened in my lightning talk I have added the AusNOG 2016
participant organisations to my "ipv6" survey, which now also includes
SPF and DNSSec information.

And yes I realise that some people may just be doing validation but if
you think that is important enough to do then why aren't you also
signing your zones?
