No Rod, they have no access to anybody's data directly, they have to request the information and then you provide the data to them.

Do you mean they can access the whole of your data?
 
Also curious requests and will be asking for stats from this list over time, particularly from non-law enforcement agencies. Raw numbers should not be covered by Government regulation.

Just curious in general not specifically to Paul.  The gov't has to request the data.  They can't log in themselves.  Correct?
 
Also, it'd be interesting to see how many requests are made.  Are ISPs allowed to say how many requests are made (For example, on
AusNOG) or are there NDA type requirements?
