[AusNOG] iron secure email service

I know Sophos UTMs allow can let you do it for your own email servers when they see `private/confidential` data being mailed out, not sure how many people actually use it though.

One of my US banks does this for emails that contain private info or info they consider private (they did this when discussing our mortgage). The annoying aspect is that it means I don't have a record of what happened later.
