[AusNOG] Telstra outage in Brisbane (Fortitude Valley)

Hi all,

As a follow-up - we're beingh told by the global MPLS carrier that a
Telstra fibre outage in Medlow Bath (that's right, the Blue Mountains in
NSW) caused the outage we experienced on our service in Fortitude Valley
(Brisbane, Qld).
