[AusNOG] tom koltai - in memorial

Sad news. He was right there from the start of Australia's net. We would
like to remember him for CommsDay - he had a very unconventional career so
piecing together an obituary for him isn't the easiest thing, please DM me
if you have any personal recollections you might want to share
