Could someone from AS8075 advertising 23.96.0.0/14 across NSW-IX please
email me off-list?

You have some IP's in this range port scanning for open SIP servers across
NSWIX to a fair few endpoints.

If possible i'd like an appropriate contact to be able to directly send
these comms to. Other channels have failed.
