Hi All,

Can anyone provide some Dark Fibre providers who allow the resale of services over their fibre?  I know Vocus specifically calls this out as a 'no-no' in their terms and conditions (no resale of waves, VLANs or Ethernet) - not that they would know, but if they were to find out I do not know what the repercussions would be (service cancellation/increased charges etc).  Is this the norm or the exception - I have been involved in designing DWDM solutions for quite some time, but previously have not had to deal with the dark fibre providers (and their individual service clauses).
