[AusNOG] Telstra Issues?

our head office (st kilda road) is up, as is a site in Keysborough which is
a copper-delivered service (Y-N circuit id, rather than N-R), but our fibre
sites in Keysborough and Clayton are down, interestingly our 3G backup at
the Keysborough site hasn't worked, which is usually a sign of a much
greater problem further upstream.

how many of these have we had this year? :(
