[AusNOG] CDN Hosting Inside China?

Hey all,

Does anyone know of an easy way to be able to host CDN/caching content
inside China - without an ICP.

Apparently an ICP is required, AND you are to have a local company.

I'm wondering if anyone here has accomplished in a specific way.. like
partner with a local..
