So for a bit of a larger picture:
Data Centres
In Singapore the major DC¹s are:
Equinix SG1/3, Global Switch, Equinix SG2 as well as DRT and Tata. +1 for
what Macca said.
Peering
- Equinix IX
- Megaport IX
- SGIX
Interconnection to providers:
Other than the others noted, of course there is Megaport and Superloop! :)
Megaport is in the 4 majors (growing to 5 facilities) and is able to turn
services up immediately. Superloop already has dark fibre and starting next
month wave/DCI/Ethernet backhaul to most DC¹s (Equinix SG1/2/3, DRT, Global
Switch, iO, Tata, NTT (soon), Rack Central plus a few others I¹ve forgotten!
A good breakdown of Singapore can be found on Cloud Scene just go to
³Markets² and type in ³Singapore². It will show you DC¹s, providers and
fabrics.

There. Think I¹ve covered everything ;) Hahaha but seriously reach out for
any other pointers in the ³lay of the land² over there. Generally once
agreements are signed you can be up within weeks (or less for those
mentioned above).
Cheers

SG1 here too. Surprised at how quickly everything happens.
We're using HE.net and will bring on Singtel soon for lower latency to
Singtel. I was rather surprised at the price of Equinix peering in SG1
compared with SY1 - it's cheaper to buy transit from HE.
Regards,
Matt.
