Getting rack space.... a few weeks I'd say...



We are in Equinix SG1 and the whole process was less than two weeks for the space to be setup



Communication wise,  2 weeks max also for any service some providers are quicker than others.



>From a communication point of view.. really depends who you want to reach... within Singapore Singtel and Star hub are great for local traffic....then you also have Equinix peering exchange which has a large number of networks connected.



For good south east Asia connectivity you have major players such as Tata, PCCW and NTT
