[AusNOG] Recommendation for Radius Servers?

I was interested to see if the group had any recommendations based on their
experience of Radius server deployments.

I am looking at updating our existing setup and was keen to find out what
new, good, bad or indifferent?

Our basic requirements are :-
Active Directory integration, vendor agnostic, easy to setup and admin and
cheap or even better FREE (always a bonus) :-)

scale to less than 10000 devices
