As long as you don't need B28 700MHz LTE then that device should be ok for
Telstra. Check what frequencies are in your area and then make your
decision. I believe there are other Mikrotik devices that have mini PCIe
slots so you can install the module of your choice from Netgear/Sierra
(with support for all bands).
