[AusNOG] Telstra DNS typo Issue.

Isn't it that Steve Russel (CC'd) from
'QUEENSLAND BULK WATER TRANSPORT AUTHORITY' fat-fingered when he was
delegating the domain, and he's delegated it to ns0.telstra.net and
ns1.testra.net ?  Nothing to do with Telstra themselves.. :)
