How long is a piece of string?
Service already jumpered in to a Telstra DSLAM requiring remote
programming to the relevant n2k, i've seen it done in <30 minutes.
Service requires transposition, with investigation for an alternate
path, I've seen multiple months.
General lead time, without transposition, is 1 to 5 days.
