I could offer my open source tool as free solution for DDoS issue:

As mentioned by Luca Salvatore we could handle sflow/netflow/ipfix or
capture data directly from interface. Also we have full support for
BGP or BGP FlowSpec (RFC 5575) for mitigation purposes if your ISP
supports it.
