[AusNOG] DDoS attack sizes

Something alluded to but not specifically pointed out, DDoS isn't always
just about size. Application layer attacks can decimate your system with
minimal bandwidth.

This is where a mitigation provider comes in, as they are able to filter
the traffic on their edge/network before it is delivered to you.
