[AusNOG] PPC1 broken

As I understood it, SX IRU has been sold out for a while now, and the
upgrades to 40/100G wavelengths is still under way for the capacity
holders. So for those heading to US, Endeavor based capacity will be the
key, or for Asia everyone will be dumping on their AJC backup.
Interestingly my/friends iiNet connections haven't seen much impact. To get
to HK/JP is now via PER->SG, but looks like there is enough capacity there
as haven't seen any issues with ethernet tails or SEA gaming. From iiNet
network maps, perhaps the PPC connectivity is more for backup for SX
failure?
