Mark,
I had to make a large number of changes to continue the integration of
Maltego with the API from @haveibeenpwned when Troy migrated to
CloudFlare i.e.
https://www.troyhunt.com/content-images-2016-09-a-one-week-traffic-snapshot-1-png/
(yes that is the permalink).
The changes I made were based on https://github.com/Anorov/cloudflare-scrape
You might also find https://www.troyhunt.com/tag/cloudflare/ of value.
Also, https://blog.osvdb.org/tag/cloudflare/ is other documented
implementation of CloudFlare.
