[AusNOG] ISP/MSP/CSP Order Management Software

Morning all, just wondering what people use for order management these days ?
 
We currently have a mix of stuff for billing, call rating, accounting etc which works OK, but I really yearn for something that can be the glue between the sales, provisioning and installation processes.
For example when a customer places a hosted PBX order there are a couple of components in that such as ordering the hardware, provisioning the hardware, provisioning the back end, delivering the hardware and maybe installing the hardware.
Then there is such things as some hardware may be in stock and some isn't so it needs to be ordered and that process managed as well.
 
As we are an ISP and we sell hardware and software as well and have a range of different services that have different requirements for provisioning and installation I keep finding myself looking for something which can help me manage the end to end process better.
 
Any suggestions on what might pull these requirements together apart from custom written stuff ?
 
There are plenty of products that do CRM, plenty that do billing, but I really need something to pull it all together better and make for a smoother and less error prone process.
