Fibre cut between Charlotte and Parramatta since 9:58am yesterday. Some of our QLD services are out. No update since 4:23pm either.
Looks like Telstra is Thriving On their Magical technological powers again. Have they heard of diverse paths?

I have a large number of services in Mackay area all still online so must be provider / backhaul specific.

We have had NBN services down in the same area, faults came in after 430.
Coincidence?

HI All,
I have a client in Mackay that is having internet issues. Someone has pointed me about a possible cable cut in dubbo that might be affecting it????
Anyone got any information?
the whole NTD seems to be active all their internal stuff works and a secondary link they have.
Cheers
