[AusNOG] Internet or private link into China

I've had several global carriers drop MPLS services into China with little
issue.  None of the majors (or even smaller players) should have
significant issues with this is they have a license to operate there.

Internet access you need to do via a local carrier, but running IPSec VPNs
over Internet links can be problematic though, with it being difficult in
some cases to set up tunnels or maintain stable connections.
