[AusNOG] census issues tonight

FWIW my tracert has it passing through iiNet and Equinix in 30-odd ms,
bouncing through NextGen Sydney in a rush and then hanging at
cust.nxg.net.au  indefinitely.

7 hops from Sydney to NextGen Melbourne.

thought another experience might be welcomed)
