[AusNOG] Office365/Azure connectivity

Thanks all.

Everything came good about 5 mins after my email. In the interim, we had
good connectivity to a number of other cloud service providers, but 80% or
higher packet loss to Office365 and Azure services. Sydney-based, Telstra
upstream.
