[AusNOG] ACCC and Spectrum - re NBN

Hi all,

After some things that have happened recently, I've realised that in
December, NBN bought (what looks to be like) all of the remaining licensed
spectrum in the Fixed 3.4Ghz range in Hobart..

There is only 2 ranges for multi-point. 3.4Ghz in licensed and 5Ghz in
unlicensed.

I'm wondering if NBN taking ALL the remaining 3.4Ghz is a good thing and
something that should be referred to the ACCC.

I don't a lot about 3.4Ghz or Spectrum... so any insights would be helpful.
