Yeah.  Journos can join of course, but not report what is discussed without consent was always the deal in the early days.  I'm sure Richard is a subscriber and gets the feeds.

I agree that the archives are open and that's always a loophole, but the likelihood of someone doing this is pretty low compared to the dozens of journos that are subscribed on Ausnog.  

Most of the journos knew the rule in the early days and my preferred approach this be kept and maybe reinforced.
