[AusNOG] Azure ExpressRoute

As a follow on Microsoft Azure interconnection is up for Megaport.  Both
Microsoft Azure Express Route interconnection locations in Sydney and
Melbourne are now live on Megaport (multi-home) and available to customers
in the 28¹ish ³Megaported² DC¹s in Australia and New Zealand.  Actually they
have been for about a week, just got prompted to reply!

Yup... Megaport (Not up yet), Equinix (Up)... are EXP providers... then
there are some NSP (layer 3) providers like Telstra.
