Hi Skeeve,
IMHO, I would only guess to say that this is more the “AU vastness issue” and stats may rather mimic the reality of many end users where performance is more represented by access technology type and geography.
For example Telstra general backhaul and network scale may be sufficient, however they may have more end users that only use ADSL access and be further from an exchange or have “Cu issues” etc...
Again just my 2 cents.

Given most take Netflix (and Google) on peering, would you guys agree that these graphs are more a reflection on the backhaul network/provisioning/scale of the provider?
