[AusNOG] Typical NBN Takeup speeds

The contractors that did my install in Wyoming (was a husband / wife team)
did a pretty good job. Clips everywhere, plenty of conduit. I can't fault
the install.

I went 50/20, as I knew there was no need for 100/40. The only thing that
thinks about using all that is my off-site backups.
