I have been pleasantly surprised by my Kogan keyboard.

Decent click-tactile action (and individual key-switches, it comes in a
variety of keyswitch types, so you can choose your poison). The keys are
backlit (in blue), but you can adjust the brightness, and I find it's
actually useful for working in darker conditions/at night.
