[AusNOG] Direct Link to Manilla in Phillipines

Hi All;

I'm looking for a contact who can provide some transit between our colo in
Sydney our offshore location in Manilla. We currently have a link supplied
by a local Phillipines provider however our route to Sydney comes via
Singapore Japan and the USA. This is resulting in a sub par experience for
RDP users.
