I am informed by an awesome member of Ausnog that TPG just bought the
building...

http://www.dailytelegraph.com.au/newslocal/inner-west/aapt-building-in-forest-lodge-sells-for-whopping-3007-million-at-lively-auction/story-fngr8h4f-1227076487337

So I assume they are staying there long term :)

Maybe the DC will be staying there... ?

I'd dearly love 1-2RU of Colo in that DC with some normal *commercial*
transit/capacity
(given their own building should be TPG OnNet) and I can wireless it to my
office across the road.

I am literally so close to these guys we see their guest wifi at my desk!
