Ditto.

I have it working to a FreeBSD box.
 - mpd for PPPoE
 - dhcp6c to get prefix
 - rtadvd to publix route to the LAN.

Also, you need to turn it on in the internode dash board (pretty sure it's still off by default), or change the username to user at ipv6.internode.on.net.
