Feel silly asking what should be a simple thing to find...

I'm sick of trying to hit a moving target.
Greylisting is a great tool for reducing certain classes of spam, but when 
some players don't "play nice", we have to do things to reduce the impact.
Like whitelisting IP addresses of known (legitimate) mail servers.

Outlook publish what claims to be a list of addresses their outbound mail 
will come from here:  https://mail.live.com/mail/ipspace.aspx

Unfortunately, it's wrong. I'm seeing mail being offered from completely 
different IP ranges. So it's either fake, or their list is incomplete, and 
I lean towards the latter.

Their website seems to go to great lengths to NOT put any suitable contact 
points... does anyone either have a "full and complete" list, or a contact 
who might be able to do so?

Yes, I could write a one-liner to find all the addresses from 
"outlook.com" domains from the last months worth of maillogs, but even 
that would (almost certainly) be incomplete.
