Over the past few months, the Communications Alliance Data Retention 
Implementation Plan Working Group (DRIP WG) has sought to assist
providers with meeting their obligations under the new law and, where 
required, with the development of data retention plans.

We are now keen to understand how providers have dealt with the 
implementation of the law, e.g. how many have submitted an implementation 
plan (or will still do so), requested exemptions/variations and whether 
providers have expressly requested reimbursement of costs associated with 
compliance. We invite you to complete a very short, anonymous survey on 
these issues by clicking on the link below. The survey contains a maximum 
of 8 multiple choice questions.
