Perhaps a little off-topic, yet it may generate wider discussion, there is a report relating to NBN Satellite product in ABC's Landline program this Sunday at Noon (+ IView later of course).

It will apparently focus on the effect of congestion and resultant SAT data limit reductions for Rural subscribers - with mention of the logistics and time-scale of moving from the Interim Satellite Service to the new one (launched the other day).
