[AusNOG] Telstra Backhaul Break - Whyalla / Port Lincoln / Port Pirie

It has been confirmed there is a fibre break near Gawler, seems as if they've found it as status is 'techs are digging currently'.

ETA for fibre stock was 13:00 but take into account they'll need to splice everything.
