Hi all,

Does anyone know someone in NOC at Escape.net who you can pass this email
to.

They have hijacked a range: *85.25.217.0/24 <http://85.25.217.0/24>* - see
http://bgp.he.net/net/85.25.217.0/24

It would be nice if they stopped.

Apparently HE says they are announcing bogons (unallocated ranges) as well:
http://bgp.he.net/AS7600#_bogons

There are no allocation records in the APNIC whois... so it looks true.

Upstreams Optus and TPG should be more careful what they allow people to
announce.
