[AusNOG] Replacement provider for Arrow

Hello all,

We're looking to move 10-15 ISDN lines from Arrow to a new provider due 
to the pricing and lack of support they're receiving.

It's part of a larger migration to reduce their IT expenditure across 
the board.

We need the ability to configure line hunts and ring groups.

Who would be the go-to as far as everyone is concerned?

We would ideally like a painless porting process; well planned and executed.
