[AusNOG] Telstra TAP Upgrade - Help?

Hi Guys,
I recently moved to Telstra for my home broadband from iiNet ADSL,
Apparently they have to do a TAP upgrade from a 2Port to a 4Port....
Has anyone had experience with this, and can help me out? Apparently they may charge me for this?
