Well to be fare, the OP did ask for a website, and I don't think any of 
those sites are totally up to date, heck even the broadband providers 
themselves don't always  have up to date information for some regional 
areas.
It also doesn't help matters when the government decided to change the 
use of some technologies for the NBN, as that through the roleout plans 
out a bit, as they got delayed.
