[AusNOG] Amcom/Telstra service relocation times in Sydney

Hello Everyone,
                                   Haven't been on here for a while :)
Can anyone please share their experience with Amcom in getting services relocated in Sydney. Specifically after what the time was from paperwork submission to service delivery from January 2015 through to April 2015.
Also if you have service relocation timeframes from Telstra for this same time period that would be most helpful.
