[AusNOG] Australian Tax Office Contact / IPv6 Issues

Just to confirm, running dual-stack here, however the Sophos UTM seems to
not want to fallback to IPv4 if a v6 address isn't responding.

Fixed the issue locally here by adding static DNS entries - not idea, but
neither is having bad AAAA records.
