[AusNOG] Netflix Peering in AU

Most of the geo-location avoidance schemes people have been using for
NetFlix only affect the control-channel connections (ie, login, accessing
the catalogue, etc) and not the actual content download which always came
from the closest source.

Historically much of the content actually came via Akamai from local
Australian caches, although I think NetFlix moved away from that some time
ago.

This has frequently been sighted as proof that NetFlix didn't care about
the geolocation restrictions, and only took it seriously enough to
(sometimes) keep their rights-holders happy, with no real interest in where
people were accessing their service from.
